Consulting Fees

Production & Item Sourcing Services

InAsia Consulting Services contracts its product sourcing services at a fixed percentage of the delivered goods’ cost.  This fee is separate from that which has been contracted for in the client’s purchase order to the supplier based on acceptance of the formal quotation (Not including in the unit price of the items being sourced).

InAsia Consulting Services charges a fixed rate of 10% of the order amount for all goods it assists in sourcing. The Item/Product sourcing-Discovery should be billed hourly at $100 due before commencement of sourcing activity.

This fee covers expenses of time and effort required to accomplish the following:

  1. Identify viable supplier(s) based on quality, cost & delivery requirements of client.
  2. Review client product/item information; establish procurement plan.
  3. Create & issue RFQ (Request for Quotation) packages to suppliers.
  4. Convert received supplier quotation(s) to standardized form for review & approval by client.
  5. Obtain any Nondisclosure, or other necessary agreements, required to introduce and/or move business prospects forward with supplier(s).
  6. Assist supplier(s) with part qualification, production process control plan(s) & final inspection test & inspect plans.
  7. * Perform pre-shipment audit/inspection of first production order only.
  8. Provide client product/item quality report.

*NOTE:  Pre-shipment orders other than the first (qualifying) one shall require additional charges to the client as described below.

  • The sourcing fee InAsia Consulting Services charges, as defined in the client sourcing contract, shall remain in affect for as long as the client continues to receive same goods from supplier.
  • Payment of all due sourcing fees shall be payable upon demand after satisfactory receipt by the client & shall be invoiced accordingly, at the discretion of InAsia Consulting Services.

Pre-Shipment Audit & Inspection Services

InAsia Consulting Services contracts its product audit & inspection services at a fixed fee daily rate (minimum 4 hours) based on time & expenses (including travel & lodging) required to successfully accomplish the audit/inspection activity.

All audit/inspection jobs are quoted to the client in advance of performance, with client submitting payment prior to commencement of work.

CHARGES APPLYING TO PRE-SHIPMENT AUDIT/INSPECTION SERVICES

Daily Labor Rate: US$100 per hour (includes travel time; billable @ a minimum of 4 hours)

Travel Expenses:  Client shall pay all reasonable transportation fees related to InAsia associate activities including air fare, train tickets, taxi & bus fees, etc. required to accomplish audit/inspection tasks.   InAsia Consulting Services works with local travel agencies & other transportation providers in China to give our clients preferred rates.

Lodging & Meal Expenses:  Client shall pay all reasonable lodging expenses related to InAsia associate activities, including meals.  InAsia Consulting Services works with hotels and other lodging providers throughout China to give our clients preferred rates.

  • InAsia Consulting Services strives to minimize as best it can all associated overhead expenditures for its clients.
  • InAsia Consulting Services will estimate & issue a quotation for all anticipated fees associated with accomplishing its contracted services.
  • InAsia Consulting Services shall require receipt of a retainer for quoted fees & related expenses from the client prior to commencing audit/inspection activities.
  • InAsia Consulting Services charges clients only for actual expenses incurred during contracted activities & retains all related receipts for expenditures for submission to the client as required or otherwise contracted.
  • Should clients desire, per diem rates can be quoted upon request.

Production Tooling Services

InAsia Consulting Services contracts its production tooling services at a fixed percentage of the delivered tooling’s cost.  This fee is separate from that which has been contracted for in the client’s purchase order to the supplier based on acceptance of the formal tooling quotation.

InAsia Consulting Services charges a fixed rate of 10% of the tooling order it assists in sourcing.

This fee covers expenses of time and effort required to accomplish the following:

  1. Identify viable tooling supplier(s) based on quality, cost & delivery requirements of client.
  2. Review client product/item/tooling information; establish tooling procurement plan.
  3. Create & issue TRFQ (Tooling Request for Quotation) packages to suppliers.
  4. Convert received tooling quotation(s) to standardized form for review & approval by client.
  5. Obtain any Nondisclosure, or other necessary agreements, required to introduce and/or move business prospects forward with supplier(s).
  6. Assist supplier(s) with tooling qualification, including sample layout, as necessary.
  7. * Perform pre-delivery tooling inspection.
  8. Provide client with tooling quality report.

Other Services Charges

InAsia Consulting Services quotes all other service fees based on discussions of individual client needs.

InAsia Consulting Services requires a signed contract with clients prior to establishment of business relations.
